First you have to Register for tarGET GROUPS website. Click here to know how to Register.
After registration, log in to your account and you will see “Enroll” at the top right of the Menu. Click on it an Enrolment form will open which looks like this -

Fill the form and submit it. We will send to our SBI Account details. You have to pay the fees through that account only. You can either transfer the money online or deposit in any SBI branch. Further instructions will be included in the mail.
